The company currently has 700 employees, including an 80-person R&D team, 55 professors, doctoral supervisors, and master's degree holders or above. It has completed 16 provincial and municipal-level research projects, holds 32 invention and utility model patents, and has received 9 provincial-level scientific and technological achievements.

The company possesses a CNAS-certified national-level laboratory and has established a "one institute, four research centers" ultra-high pressure fluid innovation research institute, comprising the Luohe River System Research Institute, the Luohe Ultra-High Pressure Equipment Application Research Institute, the Zhengzhou Ultra-High Pressure Equipment Research Institute, and the Qingdao Polymer Materials Research Institute. It also collaborates with the Zhongyuan Food Laboratory to establish a public R&D platform, fostering and strengthening the ultra-high pressure fluid industry.
